Grow Depot Ordering Guide
Shipping Times
Stock permitting, most of our orders ship within 3 business days. Orders are shipped ultra discreetly in plain brown boxes with the Fedex/UPS/USPS label reading from "GD Shipping Dept.".
U.S.A. Orders
The majority of continental US orders ship via Fedex ground with tracking. Delivery takes 2-5 business days depending on your location relative to Colorado.
Canada Orders
We send Canadian orders by USPS Priority Mail. We insure all shipments. Delivery usually takes 4 - 10 days. If customs adds a duty tax to your order, you will be responsible for paying it. We do our best to minimize the chances of fees.
Credit Card Orders
When using our systems to pay via credit card, please note that both the BILLING and SHIPPING address must pass an AVS check; i.e. both addresses need to be on record with your bank or credit card institution.

Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
